Jesus came in the most vulnerable and dependent form—a human infant. May we approach God with that same vulnerability this Advent. “Surely God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid, for the LORD GOD is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation." (Isaiah 12:2)

This Sunday we step into the liminal space of Advent, the threshold between what is and what will be. "So also, when you see all these things, you know that he is near, at the very gates." -Matthew 24:33
